As far as Im aware, Most Planets are the same, just with a different skin, and varying sizes.

There is no such thing as a Planet Model, they are Maps, just plain maps, built in the Map Editor, if thats what you are referring too.

Which planet are you interested in? How many moons, rings, junk etc.

i just need any planet model so i can add an alpha skin to it so its see through and it looks like space

I think you could just have no model for said planet at all.

That's easy:

W_LASER_INVISIBLE.ALO

Those galactic models can be any kind of model you want, they just work best as the default planet types.
