Default problem with the mod launcher

ok some may have noticed i couldn't get a mod launcher downloaded, well thanks to the mappack #7 i now have it. however, it runs up with a problem, for a full helpful post this is what the details are

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
