offtopic but relevant to other post in topic:
man funny and bad things happen, when people don't know an inside joke,

so most will not get it the gumby thing

ok back on topic:
it looks funny and kind of like gumby , but as hicks said he only rigged and animated it, it was made by another person.

but it is good to see that there are others relaeasing things,

i myself will not any more so to a certain person not to be named here

so props to you Hick, i'm mean Hicks :P

This is basically Kel's stance:

"I don't hoarde. All I did was give all of DE's models to one guy who may or may not actually use them, ignoring the people who requested their work not to be given away to him." <--- PARAPHRASE WARNING.

Btw Hicks, where's the credits to the original maker of the clone's head?

jedi_consulor December 4th, 2007 03:48 AM

Sonic0 was the guy I was told who recieved them (sorry Hicks - I dont want to hijack your thread). But in all honesty I have not seen one single DE model free released to anyone else in the community.

By the way (Back on topic) hick tells me he'll fix up those gumby models asap notably the square legs on them :)

Sgt. Hicks December 4th, 2007 06:28 AM

Hello all and no your not hijacking my thread Jedi so don't worry haha. Yes some of my plans include fixing up the models to make them less gumby. As an answer to Code it was my mistake and forgot about the head credits as to the origins of it which is from Prime's mod who had altered ATOTC TC models from Slap Happy. In the process way back me and shalokran had altered the head somewhat as well so it seems there is a large group effort here but anyways I have added the correct credits to the files on my site just to make everyone happy but see really let's think hmmm should it have been asked in a public thread or in PM you decide and let me know community. I think something like this could have been brought to my attention privately to see if I forgot or made a mistake which can happen we are all human so let's treat people fairly and with respect.

Well the good news - I have the troopers in-game!

The bad news - they have walking animations going when using the 'spread out' command thingy even when stopped.

When they're moving in that mode, they walk really slowly, but when they stop, the walking animation gets faster, rather than stopping.

Let's all try and stay on topic and of course any suggestions are welcome as I do intend to update these models after this version 1 release is finished

not to be rude but...is that clone lego trooper?

Sgt. Hicks December 4th, 2007 06:52 AM

no it's not lego's haha, sometime today will be a new update with fixed anims I do apologize for them I forgot about that issue.

Sgt. Hicks December 4th, 2007 10:13 PM

I just updated the anims for the P1 so this has fixed some issues like using the spread out ability. So please re-download to get this latest update. I will fix the blue variation tomorrow sometime.
