Two things...

It's me again . I have two things to ask.
1. Is it possible to change ship behavior that it would not shoot at a target from left or right side of itself (like in Pirates of the Carribbean), instead it would attack using its forward turbolasers??
2. What does determine that one turbolaser is on the left and shoots left and right turbolaser shoots right, because my right turbolaser shoots at targets on the left and not on the right??
I need to change those things to make my mod fully operational.

the thing that determines where a ship fires is fire cones

You mean Fire_Cone_Width, Height??
I checked it stock SD has the same values for left and right turbolasers.

the thing that the fire cone is based of is the red line on the model here a pic to show you what im taking about

the thing that causes the direction that the cone points though is the direction that the fire bones point, no coding can change that. you need to edit the model to make them fire in a different direction

Now it works. I just had to rotate those HP's 180 degrees and some firing forward rotate by -90. I wouldn't done it without your help .
