Hmm...strange message

When I try to start SWBFII, I simply get this: A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed.

What to do? :confused: :(

there was a topic on this ealier that i explained but... ill tell u anyways u have to update your computer and if that doesnt work i forget at this moment.
