Well then Tricorder be technical!!!!
Good thing for captain obvious or Icemember would be out $500 Icemember, i was wondering??? Are all of these models you have made so far made using the tool on the link you gave me? I have not downloaded it because for some reason i can't get on gametoast. BTW why aren't these modls on battlefront or is it i just haven't seen them?
Hey icemember this is just another quick question how long do you think gametoast.com will be unavailable? Also when you make a model do you start from scratch to make an entire clonetrooper then have to skin it to? If so when skinning do you have to start from scratch? Sorry for all these question i just want to be a succesful model making person like you! Thanks!
1)Gametoast is transfering too there new server. So could be another day or 2. Depends on what they all have too transfer. But rest asured, it will be back online very soon.
2) No, i just import the pandemic model and start modifying the model it self to my liking. Thought addon's i start from scatch.
2.1)As for skinning from scatch, only is i make a model from scatch, i make the skin from scatch. Trooper add-ons are from scatch. Trooper modifications are just reskinned.
3)Depends on if your building from sctach, then a skin can be built from scatch. Or you can import a skin and UV it to that skin. The modified troopers have there skins already which ya know. So i just import it in xsi. Makes things faster.
4) No problem. feel free too ask away.
Anyways, heres what your suppuse to get when opening a msh inside MSH VIEWER.
Nice Model/skin Icemember that is totally awesome! Hey Icemember i sent you an email and everything but also, the 3D model mod tool thing has a tutorial for making a charactor but it wouldn't let me register. So, i was wondering if you would be willing to help me through how to make a charactor using a BF2 model. If you took your time to make a basic tutorial thing like your skinning tutorial i would really appreciate it! Thanks!
