My modding tools dont seem to work

I have my modding toolkit BFbuilder and the kit, but I just cant get it to work, when ever I load up BFbuilder and choose make new and choose ''create new world'' it just comes up with a error message saying script can no longer run would you still like to continue?, is there anything that I can do?

Did you read the readme.txt within C:\LucasArts\BFbuilder? It says you need Explorer version 5.0 or higher.

It does the same thing to me too...

And I do have IE 6
