How to use the jedi forces mod with my own map?

I'm trying to do what it says up there. The thing is, i've edited my own mission.lvl file(unless the .lua files isn't the mission files, in which case this topic was a waste of space/time)

How do i do this? Is whatever the mod does something simple?
