Now we all know that if you surround a factory for example, with generators at tech level 1 it would look something like this; (excuse my bad diagram!)

With 4 tech 1 Generators on each side for the bonus to apply. On tech 3, you can simply surround a factory with 4 Fusion Plants.
But what other buildings can be affected by adjacency bonuses? So far I have found out: Land and Air Factory - Surround with Energy Generators for a bonus in land/air unit build time (reduction.) Quantum Gate Support Commander Summoner - Surround with Energy Generators for a bonus in Support Commander build time (reduction.) Radar/Sensor Array - Surround with Energy Generators to reduce energy consumption. All stationary Artillery/Defence - Surround with Energy Generators to increase accuracy. Used on the Mavor this is deadly. Mass Extractor - One Energy Generator can reduce energy usage by 2. Any more do not have an effect. However, if you place Mass Storage buildings by extractors, this grants a bonus to Mass Storage. Energy Generator - From basic generators to fusion plants, if you place Energy Storage facilities by these, it grants a bonus in Energy Storage.
So far, I have tested this on the nuke and anti-nuke, and the bonus does not apply to them.
Anyone else know of more buildings where this applies? |
