Textures won't be replaced?

I've downloaded new textures for Legacy on my computer. There is a big problem: Textures won't swap, even though they're new ones. Plus the Registries are still black panals D: Repairing doesn't work, Reinstalling doesn't seem to help.
It could be my Graphics Card, dunno, I've yet to check if the Nvidia Quadro series works with Legacy but i've played through the game just fine with the exception of the black registry panals.
Any help to shed some light on this would be very greatly appriciated

Black panels is definitely a driver problem.
