milkshape 3D (with Moons m3d exporter)- model
photoshop CS2 - textures

CS2 or CS3 I think it doesn't matter if you 've got a DDS plug-in in your version of Photoshop.:cool: :D

CS2 , CS3 , some people even use Corel. But You need the plugin for DDS.
