icon_question Wrong Ship Showing Up!!

I am not a big Fan of the Enterprise-E!! There I said it, I know that you probably all hate me now, but that is the way I feel!! Ok, now that I got that out of the way, I need some help with modding. I decided to get rid of the Enterprise-E (Sovereign Class) all together, and replace it with D (Galaxy Class). I went into the ODF File for the Enterprise-E and changed it to include f_galaxy.odf, and then changed the basename to f_galaxy. It kinda worked out for me. I started the mission "Anger and Mercy" which is suppose to be the first mission with the Sovereign class vessel in it. During the opening cinematic it was still the Sovereign class vessel, but was the Galaxy when I started the actual gameplay. I was kinda dissapointed that it didn't work, but figured that the ODF's must not affect the Cinematics. I went ahead and played "Generals" as well, and to my suprise when the cinematic began in front of DS9 Picard was commanding the Galaxy Class Enterprise. After beating the first set of Borg and hailing the Klingon Fleet another cinematic began and I was again in the Sovereign class vessel. The other three cinematics that followed during that mission were all the Galaxy class Vessel. Is there something that I am doing wrong that is causing this to happen or is there no way around getting rid of the Sovereign in certain cinematics. I would find that difficult to understand since I got rid of it in more than half of the cinematics. Thanks for any help!!

just go to the odf folder and search for "F_Enterprise_D" and for "F_Enterprise_E", make a backup of the "F_Enterprise_E" and rename the "F_Enterprise_D" to "F_Enterprise_E". save and then play.

There is no emotion; There is peace. There is no ignorance; There is knowledge. There is no passion; There is serenity. There is no death; There is the Force.

f_enterprise_e.odf is the file that I am editing. That is how I got to play as the Galaxy class ship during gameplay. It is only the opening cinematic that is still using the Sovereign class vessel. I tried renaming a copy of the f_enterprise_d file to f_enterprise_e, but it is the exact same problem. I have one ship for cinematics and one for gameplay. Correction one for gameplay and half the cinematics. I wouldn't think this was so wierd if it were all the cinematics, but it changes back and forth between D and E. Maybe it reads from f_enterprise_e.odf half the time, and f_sovereign.odf half the time. That is the only reason that I could think of it changing back and forth. Anyone got any idea how I could test this theory by making f_sovereign.odf show up as a Galaxy class Starship? I really hate to get rid of the sovereign all together though. I still like using it as a supporting ship....just not the Enterprise.
