ahm....what you need is not a skin...it's a model ...also this is no refit
this simply is the excelsior II
if you want the refits seen in ds9 just w8 for mine to be uploaded by the staff =)

Yes, it's sitting on my computer now. I haven't been feeling to well lately so i haven't had the chance to upload it.
