if you take a uncomercial model (like one from bc) and port it to legacy (with the permission of the author) it's not illegal but if you steal the stock models it is illegal ^_^

the original is free and does suck, the one Iam playing is newer and I think it rocks, as I said up above I certainly dont want to break any rules, or anger anyone.

As for the porting question, that was asked of me over at the games forums and so I just thought I would ask for them thats all.

ok i changed my mind ^_^
i am playing the demo-version and i must say if you got the controls it is quite fun to play even if there ara many things that could easily be done 100times better

Yes well, hopefully thats where the fabulous modders step in, but its sheer modding potential is Un believable and the is a BSG mod for it coming out at the end of april wich is supposed to be amazing.

I simply cant imagine the trek mod possibilitys for this game. you could pilot a peregrine or venture class shuttles as a fighter pilot or command a starship or command a starbase and the whole battle group.

The possibilities are endless, the game just needs more attention.
