A Few Questions

I used to mod the game when the online servers were up a few years ago. I just reinstalled but can't find any servers. Are these now offline? Also, where can i download the modding tools for this game? I can't remember which tools were used. Are there any online Trek games left out there that we can play?

i think there are jsut privet servers but i have not tryed to go online in ages(dont even knwo ware my disk is off the top of my head)

You need to download the access server patch to find the servers:
SFC3 Access Server Patch, Starfleet Command III Downloads, Starfleet Command III SFC3
