The TV music sucks because it's all electronic, or for the most part anyhow.

For truely captivating music, you need a full orchestra and that's just way too expensive for a TV show afford.

Though nowadays I do hear actual orchestra music on shows like Lost, etc.

So maybe they're getting less expensive or maybe electronic music is starting to sound more like the real thing.

I remeber a Fan put together some music from u2 Kiss Me Kill Me to the footage of Valliant throwing down against the Jem'Hadar Ship/Killer

It was very kewl...Turned the battle into a completely different feel

yeah wanna heard it actually but the ds9 music is actually not bad.. VOY music was sometimes stupid or childish but in action it was great.

actually today's electronic orchestra (the expensive one) sounds more real than the real one. It's a pity that you all don't realise that both ds9 and voyager were live orchestra soundtracks, recorded at the hollywood studios.

Personally I didn't care for those....They sound generic...
I have the DS9 25th aniver. Rock version
and Voyager...by the Boston Philharmonic.....
and I can tell the difference
