Well you have to admit, Voyager is the "Miracle Ship" ~ Reg Barclay
Not only that (lol) but they didn't do everything on their own, the ship was augmented with Borg Technology, Seven of Nine contained the collective knowlage of thousands of individuals.
A lot of the technology was stuff they found and played around with (SlipStream).
The TV Serries tends to generally focus on crews of merit. So yes they were damn clever.
Anyway back to topic;
The Planet Classification system (M-Class etc) defines to the audience the different viariables on each planet. Supposidly each solar system isn't that different from our own. So would these conditions change with a Binary Star System?
