I think you mean spec modding, with the full guide you'll be well on your way to SFC3 modhood. :D

A Guide To Customizing Starfleet Command III still sounds very good to me. And with the picture you placed, its just feels a great package:)

You voted for Modifying but I'll discount that and consider you for Customizing.

Status: Currently overhauling the Tutorials, especially Ship Adding. Making final touches to everything else. I estimate as of now the version is 0.9.7
