I fixed it by moddifying the MOD files, so that all the warp engines were the same, whether destroyed or not. This way, they are all light. I have the same particular ship you're talking about, but I didn't download it from staryards. I downloaded it from another site, and the site is full of great ships for use in SFC3, and they all come with specs. The link is below. The site has a pre-refit, refit, and 24th Century refit version of a Constitution-Class ship (the class ship that the Enterprise from the old show and the movies was of).
