3d studio max help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? please!?!?!?!?!?!?!

OK well this might sound really stupid to all who have actually made a ship but, i just got 3ds max 4.0 and i can seem to figure out how to work it properly! all i really want to do is change where weapons shoot from on a ship while fighting! i was told that this program can do that for me. can anyone tell me how to do this??? and please no big words lol :lol: i wont understand

i downloaded 1. but the files are read only things... how do i use them on da program?

did you extract the mod importer to c/3dsmax4/plugins

if you did and it still dose not when you

open 3dsmax

click file

click on import

go to look in and find the folder with the mod file you want to open

then go to files of type and select starfleetcommand(*.mod)

then you shuld see the mod file you want in the window then select it and click open
