Hmm something not quite right

I saddly still have windows 98 SE and I downloaded taldren map maker from you guys and while it's running all of a sudden weither I page up / down / sroll via mouse scroll button ectra it phases and doent create map where / what do I need to do to get it to work ? plz email me a response

is there an awnser for this puzzling problem . I've tested for Virus and have found none , and tested all Direct x stuff all sem ok , but Taldren Map editor/ Creator doesnt work as soon as I scroll /page down my map it doesnt stay they way it should it Blurs into a gooy mess. and doesnt save
