This is the Captain once again bringing you two ships from http://www.nightsoft.net
They are called the Furious and the Concord Class Federation Ships, I tried them both and they passed the test both have specs but the concord is a little trickey to do if you already have a Fed-light cruiser3 Both are very good and very quick the arcs will need to be modified as in adjusted anyway, both are good ships worth downloading

Ahoy all flyers out there in SFC3 land. The U.S.S. Republic is now flying over at DRS. In reality, she's just a reworking and release of the old Valiant model to make it more current. This model and the current model of the Valiant look so much different that they could both pass off for two different classes of ship. In fiction, the Republic is a post- Dominion War refit of the Valiant sub-type Constitution Class. Go download her now. I highly recommend her.

Well, first you have to unzip meaning extract the ship file to C/program files/activision/assets/models
then, go into the ship file and find the specs an example would be suggested specs, they're always text documents. go into the specs and also go into the specs file on the game and use cut and paste to move it into one the game spec file. they're two specs, defaultcore
and default loadout cut and paste the specs into the approiate file
