tricorder help
 

Hi,

Just sat down to play EF2 for the weekend and for the first time ever I am truly STUMPED. Forgive me for sound stupid but how do I operate the tricorder???

I can't seem to operate it in the training mode (after scanning crystals something should happen right??)

then in the game when I need to modulate when freeing the bolean

please help!!!!!!

U use the Tricorder like a weapon, it has a "Fire" and "Alt-fire" mode. "Fire" mode will scan something, or modulate something if possible. "Alt-fire" mode switches through available scanning modes.
If u aim the Tricorder at something that can be modulated a small Tricorder icon will appear above it.
As for Chell on the Borg cube, he even SAIS to u to modulate the access panel on your side near the forcefield.
Btw, when scanning something keep the Fire button pressed !
