Help with Error plz
 

Hi Hopefully someone can help me.. I am making a map for EF and have finished it, after compiling the .map with GtkRadiant, I open up my stvEF game to go in and check it out and when it starts to load the safety locks another screen pops up and says

"Default_Model (munro) Failed To Register

This is my second map and never seen this before, so it doesn't even load my map at all. Help would be greatly appreciated.
