I turned EF2 on a minute ago and all the servers were gone.
I checked the server list in Xfire and they were all there.
If I join by IP it trys to connect 5 times, after that it works. Just like last time the master server was down.
Anybody else got this?
I hope its only temporary.

This is a simple work-around which shows a
list of all known standard servers for EF2.
It will NOT show new servers!
Put only the "serverlist.dat" file into your
ST:EF2 base folder and start the game.
HINT: The file pak0.pk3 is also located inside the base folder.
EXAMPLE: c:\program files\Activision\EF2\base\
IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLICK ON -> get list/Liste abrufen
If you click on "get list"/"Liste abrufen" the
file serverlist.dat will be overwritten and you
will need to replace it again to see the servers
saved in this old serverlist.

You should submit news and a link to the serverlist, don't expect ppl to do much since sto is out all other st-games seam to dry out.

Well, then we make our own master server, and patches/fixes for the game.
One of the side-effects is that you need no cd-key anymore. (<-- not a april prank)
And well putting up a new master will help. But there will probably be even less players then there is now.
Because most of the Redshirts wont find out how to fix it.
