Cheats Help with mods

Howdy all Can any one tell me how to get the cheats to work with the new patch/mod " ultimate v2 patch " and will thay work with return of the emty crown mod? I know you add +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 in the target line in the Icon propertys.

If its in the readme do ''devmap *Return of the empty crown map name here*" in the console press enter and you're set

comment: wtf u want with cheats? no clip for screenshots of a map? or "reconnasence" prior to playing online and want to know the extras i.e. removable panels like in rp maps (ser-b v2)
