Has Anyone Work With A.I. Editor?

Hi,
I got the a.i. editor working, but it is missing some options that the
ai manual file has like smart phasers, smart shields, smart torpoes,
cloaking. Is there a better a.i editor somewhere and a better manual
to how to use it.
