Tactical problem

If i'm playing as the Ferengi Muarader or the Shuttle or Transport, the game won't let Felix use his attack manuvers! I don't wanna re-install it, but do i have to? :(

No , they never work right in them it's just part of the game.

Just fly it yourself. I don't ever use the tactical maneuvers anymore.
