How do I edit weapons on a ship?
 

I'm trying to learn about mods...
how do I edit weapons on a ship?
Like if I wanted to add another phaser array to the galaxy class or
increase the shield capacity. or allow multiple arrays to fire at once. or a cloaking device...
and things like max speed and acceleration..
thinks like that
is there a guide anywhere that tells you how to do this?
or some kind of editing program for it

That's the SDK. In there is a progran called Model Property Editor.
