Help with BCMI .NET

I'm having a terrible time trying to install the NanoFX mod since it requires the BCMI .NET. When I try to run BCMI it pops up a horrid little window that says:

[CLR error: 80004005
The program will now terminate.]

I downloaded the .net stuff from microsoft. So I'm not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Are you sure you downloaded the right version of the .Net framework? BCMI.net was designed to work with version 1.1 For some reason it absolutly detests version 2.0

If you did install v1.1 then sorry but Im not sure what the problem could be.
