Recording videos properly.

I'm using Fraps for recording video clips while playing Brige Commander, but does anyone have any tips of how to make the frame rate record properly since it goes between 16 - 20 all the time? I'm running on 1024 * 768 as a standard but i tried and reduced it to 800 * 600 but that barely made any difference. So, can anyone help?

Re: Recording videos properly.

its may not the program's fault, fraps requires high system requirements or the fps may drop and fraps will autoly record at halft screen even u have select full screen. u can also try fastcap game recorder if u want to record at 800 x 600 with the stable fps.

It has the exact requirements as Fraps so i don't see what difference it would make. I'm running on a 2.21 Ghz AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor and 1 Gb RAM memory. I know i have an nVIDIA video card but i don't know anything else about it.
