Bcmi Gray Screen?

I have net framework 1.1, I downloaded BCMI.net, and it comes up as a gray screen. It says systems running. I tried to re-download it and install it again, gray screen again. Whats up?

Theres a fix u can get from bcfiles.com or windows update i think? shouldnt happen if u keep windows up 2 date
