gamespy connection failed message help
 

hey all confusing problem....

i can get on multi fine but my brother can't this is a 4 day old mission and now i think its time to ask the pros no matter what we do he cant get online he get gamesspy conn. failed any suggestions please i do know this for starters he says he has no firewall he says he updated games spy he is running xp like myself he dosnt have windows explorer configured gets email through comcast we can't direct join ( may be doing it wrong) has cable connection he can get online running kids computer but its too slow to push game what do you guys make of this

any stabbs at this on guys?? i see alot of views no coments we are really lost on this one we have run out of ideas i have scanned through the help forum and have not found any old posts about this

You could try one of the main tech support forums, it could be a gamespy specific issue rather than BC. They may have a solution.
