BC Mod Packager

I need someone's help for just a moment. For some reason unknown to me, the BCMP Beta 3.0 worked perfectly when I installed it. Yet, when I installed the Full Version 4.4 it did absolutely nothing. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get any ships at ALL to appear in Bridge Commander even though it said they were there. If anyone can give me a link to somewhere where I can download the Beta 3.0 version I would be extremely grateful. Thanks all.

did you follow all the steps the make a plugin with 4.4 (i'm sure you already know these but)
1. copy files into BC directory
2. open 4.4, select the plugin, chose the race
3. click make plugin
and did you make sure the mutators are on in configure menu in BC
