hi I need help please?
I want to edit Startrek Bridge Commanders HP files to make a mod.
but when I go to open the files using notepad I can not see what to edit cause its all encrypted..
and Im on windows XP so I dont know know what to use to open the files up with..
could some 1 please tell me what I should use and were I can get it to view and edit the hp files with??
and moderator my last post was not for another type of game it was meant for startrek bridge commander only not 1942 game..
so by the looks of it you moved my post to another place which was not for startrek Bridge commander!!

So a search for "MPE" (model Property Editor), thats the best way to edit the stock ships.

if you download the sdk you'll get all of the uncompiled hardpoints.
