BC 3DS Plugins?

Does anyone know where to get a plugin for Bridge Commander for 3DS Max (Lightwave, Milk Shape, etc....)

Several people out there must have one....if not, how in the hell are they converting their models to BC's .nif format?

Or, does anyone know of a program that can edit the .nif files directly?
