Default hp problem

hi
whenever i try to change the phasers or torpedos position in a hp i use the coordinates from milkshape but in bc the phasers are coming from nowhere....
could anybody tell me what is wrong?

don't use the cords from milkshape use the ones from the MPE...

i can load the model
but no textures or properties

When you open a model in MPE, doesn't always show the textures unless they're in the right place. Also, the hardpoints aren't opened at the right point - I think there's a collapsable tree (like windows explorer) somewhere, click and go through the bits of it until you find the properties.
