New addons for bridge commander

I was wondering,

is it possible to make a mod that enables shocking screens?
For example if you are in a torpedofight, and the torpedoes flying next to you that it is possible that the screen is shocking of the gravity of ships,fasers,...
We sometimes see it in babylon 5 and i like it,..

You mean like the screen shaking/rumbling? That would be good for smaller, shuttle type vessels, but with larger ships with dampening fields, I doubt a nearby torpedo will shake things up...if it hits on the other hand...
As for whether its possible, everythings possible in BC, remmeber when they said walking was impossible?
