can I get a dev here?

Dear Devs,
I was wondering if a massive progect could be done by a combined team. What I was hoping to see is, in quick battle, be able to warp to other places, with starbase 12 and everything there. This would kinda be a free-explore mode, only you could quickly start a quickbattle in it. It's one thing I've been hoping to do in BC, command my ship on my own mission of exploration
