no borg shields in map edit

no borg shields in map edit

ok so i still never found that CV tool that works....but anyways im hopping i can get help with this. ..

i have my borg ships set up with no shields.... (only hull impacts) it builds just fine in game with no shields. i can place them in edit mode and they have no shields. but when i save a map that i make.... the shields are there = to the health. anyone know why? or how to fix this?
