Terra_Inc should make some friends

A fairly common error. It means that there's an opening " somewhere in an ODF that's not closed by another ".
You have to use " in pairs, if there's only one the game will crash and you will see this error message.

Check recently edited/added ODFs for a missing or redundant ".

Welcome to the community! I hope you hang around, you can learn a lot about Armada from what's scattered around this forum.

The out of memory error indicates that you have an unclosed quotation mark ( " ) in one of the text files that you have edited. It's most commonly an ODF file.

If you know which file you edited last then you should be able to just go back in and close the quotation mark, at which point it'll work again. Otherwise, you might want to start systematically running your files through this:-

STAUM 2.0, Star Trek: Armada 2 Downloads, Star Trek: Armada 2 ODF Editors
