Need a dll file for A2 HELP!!

Hi i have just installed armada 2 and it says it is missing a dll file its call: win2kdisabletaskswitch.dll
could anyone send me it as i have tried reinstalling the game and it still isnt working thanx all.................

Please do not request game files. You should get a replacement disc.
