I "know" of demo modding. Star Wars: Fleet Command works with the ST:A2 demo, for example. It's really just like full version modding, except you can't do a couple things (otherwise it'll boot you back to the main menu).

However, I'm keeping those secrets with me, and the other modding teams I've shared it with. It's an awesome tool for distributing the mod, and it gets people so excited about it... plus frustrated that the demo can't have more than 2 races playable... that they go out and buy the full Armada 2 game.

So, I encourage modding the A2 demo... but only if you've got a major mod on your hands...
