Well, if this version is going to be specific to A2: Evolution (which is fair enough) I may have a crack at doing a version for myself. Played around with the textures yesterday, they seem to fit quite well with the Excelsior Class I am using for Zero Hour.. Will need a fair few tweaks here and there, but should be do-able.

Well, it took the better part of a day, but I've retextured my Excelsior with the Chabot textures. She's a combination of the standard Excelsior, and Ent-B / Lakota Refit where the model is concerned, but has been edited a lot in regards to her texture.

Not the typical Chabot Type (most noticibly the nacelles), though I wasn't looking for a post-Nemesis look with this one, but something a little earlier. Now just need to get permission to release her with Zero Hour, and I'm all set.

I'll be naming her the Relentless Class.

Yes, it looks very nice. I was sure you would come up with something like this within a few days :) The best part is that the poly count is definitely low, so it can be mass-produced.

Thank You!! :D

Like I've said already, I'm only using these nacelles to have the ship fit more into the TNG era. I'm having the standard Excelsior too, though she'll be more of a TMP/Lost Era ship. The timeline ZH now belongs in doesn't really allow for a post-Nemesis Refit, so much so, that I'm still debating on whether to include the Norexan or not.

Indeed this is true, fear not though, there are no doubt significant differences between mine and yours, most noticibly the nacelles, position of the phaser arrays, and the overall hull colour. I've toned mine down a bit from the original.

Oh, and the poly count currently stands at 2180. I may try to get it down a little more, but 2180 isn't that bad considering.

That's probably one of the more unique nacelle designs I've seen. Absolutely gorgeous!
