Re: dinosaurJR's Halo Mod Here is the first (of many I hope) updates to Halo:Fleet Command! Just the four images so far...I do have many more models, just dont have time to take pics of them all right now... First - the CCS; Spoiler: A bit poly heavy - 2500 or so, but the whole point of this mod is that you wont have huge fleets...but more on that later... Next - the CNC Needler Corvette; Spoiler: This unit will act as an anti fighter ship - spitting hundreds of needler shards into space! Next - Just a size comparison - Im not sure, but the CNC could do with being a little smaller? Spoiler: Hm? And last, A Covenant swarm!! Spoiler: Again, I think the Seraph is too big... more on the way!:cya: |

Just a wee update here, showing some of the UNSC models I have been building... First, here is the Type 11 Corvette - fills a similar role to the Covenant Needler Corvette... Spoiler: Its a little smaller than the UNSC Frigate, but has no MAC cannon...many many Machine guns though... Here is a comparison with the Longsword model I plan to use... Spoiler: I know - the longsword is a little inaccurate - I will probably play around with the shape a little - but I want 100's of these on screen at once - so they need to be low poly... Next, lets play spot the Ship Class... Spoiler: Spoiler: He (or She, It, They, whatever...) who can name all of the Ship Classes in these images wins my eternal respect (and possibly a cookie, but not Pie) More on the way guys...:cya: |

If I were to look into having the UNSC side with no shields, is it a simple case of in the units odf having; shieldGeneratorHitPoints = 0 enginesHitPoints = 10 weaponsHitPoints = 10 lifeSupportHitPoints = 10 sensorsHitPoints = 10 or would the units continually have that ugly shields down sprite on them the whole time? Has anyone experimented with shieldless vessles before? |

Oh, and dont worry - the texture shown above is only a place holder, so I can see how the model looks when rendered by the A1 eng. I will do proper textures, I promise! So, untill next time...
