| Good idea, i'll keep it as is then. Well last few days have been slow, havent been able to sleep and lack of sleep plus night shift dont go well together ![]() Anywho I finisnhed my little assault shuttle. Design is nothing special, I figured functionality (and lazyness )would work best. A simple boxy shape to fit a big volume of troops with a giant door upfront, the door probably has some sort of weaponry to cut through a ships hull and dock or however that is supposed to work, or perhaps the officers themselves have the weaponry to do so? Regardless here it is, when I was designing it I somewhat tried to mirror the design of the Assault ship. Also some renders of the valley forge that is on the POTD today. |

| I like the shuttle The Valley Forge has plenty of detail but there needs to be a greater color variance between the light and dark panels. Otherwise the details fade out at about 100-150 meters game scale. But if thats how you like it thats fine too.

| Perhaps I could try playing around with the contrast when I tweak the textres? (I'm planning to use inner and outer bevel on some of my texture to make them look less "flat"). Thanks a tonne Achilles, that means a lot coming from you! Glad to see you're still in the community too ![]() A lot of old vets around, mind you not that anyone would really remember much of me, didn't really release much. Anywho i'm working on the Ticonderoga today, started last night actually, the break from it helped me a lot, worked a lot faster. The nacelles are all but done, pretty much everything is almost done, I just need to make a tmp era aztec (it's a mix of different colours on the actualy ship, want to do that versus just varying grey's) for all the parts. Hope to show you some more soon. |

| Hello there, didnt get half as much as I had planned to done. PSP7 being PSP7 decided to delete my "glow" layer in the texture when I clicked undo for something, so I had to redo all the windows and lights on the secondary hull. Other then that, nacelles are done, bridge and think below it done, impulse engines done. All that needs doing now is that squarish thing behind the bridge. After that, I need to do aztecing on everything but the saucer, the nacelles are going to be nuts (considering they dont have much on them other than aztec )On the to do list of final details will be spot lights, and working on making the windows more realistic. *whipes sweat off forehead* is that all? ![]() Anywho, enjoy the update. |

| Does anyone know what the heck that thing is, or why it's there? I've wondered for a while if it's supposed to be a space door for a cargo bay (and if so, why so close to the bridge!?) or possibly the launch point for the captain's yacht (and if so, why wouldn't Kirk take the ladies for a spin? or Spock and McCoy depending on what fanfic you read), or just what that thing is there for. Looks like an oversized interior bulkhead in the wrong place. |

| Its a docing port and security checkpoint for VIP visitors and coriers. Below that on decks 2 and 3 is the officers lounge.

| Sorry for the double, you ask for a pick of what I've been working on so heres some picks. ![]() Spoiler: Spoiler: Spoiler: Spoiler: Spoiler: The first 4 are in MS3d the last is from the remastered TOS for comparision. The Moskova is either Ch'Yu Chen's of Terradhyne's that I'm retexturing using modified textures from Sandman's Moskova. The Coni is Lord Shumpert's also with modified textures and some poly reduction.

| The textures look sort of plastic, starfox. Other than that, the design and everything (even the registry) looks a spot-on match. |

| A suggestion if I may. Unless you are using the Enterprise as a hero ship, it may be worth your time removing the registry? Granted it makes no difference on gameplay, but for beauty shots, having loads of ships with the same name doesn't look so good I don't think. Just a personal thought there, model and such look good.
