Detroyat class modding request
 

I'm in search of someone who can make a Detroyat class heavy destroyer model for Armada 2 with a hardpoint map. I can't find it anywhere.:bawl: If there is someone who can do it I shall provide him all the pictures available I had picked up on the web and I shall send the odf-sample I've made.;)

Depending upon what the underside of the ship looks like, a simple kitbash of a Constitution model should be easy enough.

The Detroyat is nearly a constitution kitbash. She's a bit different but she has got a simple geometric shape, just a curveless saucer design and some changing details about warp engines. The integrated secondary hull is very geometric with a lot of ridges. Look at these pictures from blue prints:

She is suppose to be older than the Constitution Class and a pure warship.

The Detroyat class heavy destroyer (DH-1100) is older than the Constitution class but the two ships worked at the same timeline, approximately in the entire 23rd century (2220-2294). The only evidence I have is that the U.S.S. Niantic NCC-1105 (another Detroyat class ship) was destroyed by the Doomsday Machine several days before the U.S.S. Constellation NCC-1017 was destroyed.;) The Detroyat can be considered as a 'cruise1' in Armada 2.

I only have a TMP refit model of the Detroyat, made by me, it has 1209 polys and a good TOS version would have much more polys due to those round warpnacelles

That doesn't matter. The only way is to have an authentic TOS version of the Detroyat.:D The ship saucer is a bit curveless compared to a Constitution class saucer in side view even if we've got PB-25 Circular Warp Nacelles which can increase polys. If you could get someones permission you could always find a nice conny and cut it up and replace it should be to hard...

...if I had a 3D program like ms3D! It's why I ask someone who is interested to make the model. What I can make is the odf, a special weapon and eventually the texture. I know I'm not the only one who is searching for a such model.
