seems the old selection cursor bug is plauging you too, I had loads of problems that that double exposure effect.

The only way around it is making a model rather than a sprite effect as far as I could find, and that in itself is challenging.

Yeah it seems to have a lot of power (something that was annoyingly absent from the stock A2 bases).

Kind of hard to feel sorry for the Jem'Hadar though isn't it?

well base is strong unit in game , but not that strong, on video base destroyed maybe 3-4 of that ships but other ones collided with base to destroy it.

The problem with starbases is that if you really scale and equip one realisticly it would take up half the map and fire enough weapons to bog down a small graphics card.
