I know, the top is a little dull at the moment, but give me time... Da Vinci didnt make the Mona Lisa in one night, and I cant make the Renegade in one night either, lol.
Hello:
After reading the last post, you should add the name USS Mona Lisa to the Renegade's ODF.
After seeing how much detail you are adding to the Enginnering Section EO, you should be careful not to put excesive details on the Saucer. But better I should keep my mouth shut until I see how your ship will turn out .... and for what I've seen, it would be in less time that I would expect.
Nice job EO, keep it up!
I like those Escape Pods.

Hmm... Aren't the Impulse Engines on the back of the saucer a little... Big? It might just be me, but they appear to be significantly larger than you'll find them on any other ship.

I know, i understand ships take time and the Renegade will probably look great when complete.

Yeh, but think about it, this isnt any other ship, i think it's suppose to unique.

It can be a lot more unique WITHOUT the oversized impulse engines. It looks like a reduced Sovereign with the same size impulse engines that way. What'd be unique is if it had the impulse engines on the warp nacelles or something truly unique. The Renegade still follows the same basic law of Starfleet design carried from Daedalus to Sovereign and beyond. Its whole aft saucer can be an impulse engine ---that wouldn't make it unique to me....

The Hellbringer reminds me of the failed Darksaber project in the Starwars EU, It for those who don't know was a big Death Star like laser that was designed for the Hutts by Bevel Lemelisk, but failed and was destroyed because of it's shoddy contruction. We here it is http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Darksaber
Hey maybe the Borg assimilated a Starwars fan and got the idea from him. I imagine Hellbringer wouldn't be the Borg designation, more the starfleet nickname, maybe because it ignites the atmosphere of a planet something like that. Anyway good work so far
Along with the updates to the Renegade, I have another mesh I just completed. Tell me what you think, its the ROTE version of the Neutron SubClass Nebula. SHe weighs in at 1900 polies, which isnt too bad.
Hello:
I think it is an outstanding model (specially because its a Nebula-like ship ) and she is worth of every poly. I like it very much, since it also include several sections in common with the Renegade.
I'm looking forward to see this one textured
Keep it up EO!
