SOD to NIF Conversions

I need 2 conversions done, since I only have the limited MS3D Importer, I need somebody to convert the following ships to NIF format (Include textures too!) :

I'll credit whoever converts these 2 whenever I get the NIFs....

Both ships are from the Armada 1 ST vs SW Mod:

Light Attack Fighter

Heavy Attack Fighter

Both are Klingon...
